- I began my career right out of college in 1989, working for the Rockefellers in one of their international foundations and was named Executive Director/CEO of that organization at age 26. Just two years later at age 28, I was nominated as one of the top CEO's in Florida under the age of 40. I left the foundation in 1994 and have been an independent consultant since that time. I have delivered training and consulting projects to more than 300 companies worldwide, including firms like IBM, AT&T, GE, Microsoft, Merrill Lynch, Pepsi, Allstate, State Farm, Ford, Tropicana, Frito Lay, Northrop Grumman, Abbott, Fidelity Investments, US Navy, Verizon, Alltel, Bank of America, the PGA Tour and many more. I was recognized by INC. magazine as one of the leading young business trendsetters in America in 1995 and was recognized as one of the top 100 Business Thought Leaders in America in 2011.
